Since his admission to the bar in 2007, Andrew has devoted himself nearly exclusively to the practice of real estate law. He joined the firm in 2017 and is primarily responsible for managing the Firm’s Cape Cod office and practice. He has personally represented clients in all phases of residential and commercial real estate transactions. In addition to representing buyers, sellers and lenders, Andrew represents builders and developers in all manners of real estate law.
He has successfully represented Clients in permitting, approval and creation of residential subdivisions, condominium developments and over 55 communities. In addition to Real Estate Law, Andrew represents Clients appointed to act as a Receiver in Superior and Housing Court Receivership proceedings. Prior to practicing law, Andrew worked in the construction industry, which makes him uniquely suited to represent builders and developers.
Andrew has resided in Plymouth, Massachusetts since 2009 with his wife and two children. Beyond his law practice, Andrew is avid bass fisherman, youth wrestling coach and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner. He’s also a passionate fan of the Boston Bruins and New England Patriots.
