Partner and Co-Founder of Lepizzera and Laprocina, Paul was admitted to the State Bar in Rhode Island in 1994, and the Federal Bar for the District of Rhode Island in 1995. He has a diverse practice and focuses on Family Law, Personal Injury, Corporate Matters, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Institutional and Private Lending and Landlord/Tenant matters. He is also an instructor for the Eastern Real Estate School and has lectured on different Real Estate topics around the Country.
Prior to practicing Law, Paul owned and operated a commercial fishing business. He remains an avid fisherman and holds a United States Coast Guard Captain’s License and is currently a board member of The Atlantic Shark Institute.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 1994 and his Bachelor’s Degree from Rhode Island College in 1989.
